With the third and final season just around the corner, we launch the experience that will make you live the series with the same tension as the characters…
Since June 4th, Squid Game: The Experience has opened its doors at Immerse LDN, the immersive district at Excel London Waterfront. So London now has a new plan for friends, family, coworkers —basically, adrenaline junkies and… thrill-seekers.
After smashing it in New York and Madrid, the experience lands in the British capital with five iconic games inspired by the hit Korean series that’s been all the rage, putting your team’s agility to the test for 60 intense minutes.
Watching the series might have felt intense, but living it… that’s a whole different game. Just so you know, we’ve updated the challenges —we had to keep up with the new season, obviously—. Two new games —Marbles and Round & Round— have been added to the course, replacing older ones to crank up the tension. The experience kicks off in the Bunk Room, just to get your nerves going right from the start. Then you’ll have to cross the glass bridge in Memory Steps, move on to Marbles, tackle the classic Tug of War, survive Red Light, Green Light —under the chilling gaze of Young-hee— and finish off in the dizzying chaos of Round & Round. We’d tell you more, but we’d rather you come feel the thrill yourself.
Presented by Netflix in collaboration with The Luna Entertainment Group and LETSGO, the production immerses you in meticulously designed sets, costumes, and lighting so realistic you’ll feel inside the Korean drama with the bonus that here, you can test your skills without dying —at least not physically.
Families are welcome, though we recommend parents decide if the little ones are ready for the physical and strategic challenges. But it’s not all about tests, after the sacrifice, players can unwind at the Korean night market inside the venue, with typical food, snacks, and exclusive merchandise to remember their journey through the experience.
In short, if you’re in London this summer —and this fall, and this winter…— and want more than traditional entertainment, Squid Game: The Experience is a must-see. Just remember: here, there are no second chances.
